the Site. In no event shall Requator's total liability to you for
all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract,
tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid
by you, if any, for accessing the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Requator and its
officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and
against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and
expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or

Termination
Requator may terminate your access to the Site at any time without
notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must
immediately cease all use of the Site.
Changes to Agreement
Requator reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time,
without notice. Your continued use of the Site following any such
modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the
modified Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Requator is located,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and
Requator with respect to the Site and the products and services
provided on the Site, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you
and Requator.
